The owner or employee(s) describe hearing the front door an/or screen bells sounding when they are in the prep area in the back of the store. Thinking a customer has come in they come out to see and there is no one there.

The building is facing due south. The team noticed that the floor, which is constructed of brickwork, appeared similar to the outside patio area. We correctly realized the whole building comprising Rolling in Dough (RID) was once part of the outside patio. The area was covered and divided into businesses. The only major modification to RID was to a wall dividing the space (see graphic).

We sensed and measured some very strong energy patterns at the site of the wall modification. It must be stated here that team members felt some very strong energy patterns in the same area during the first walk-through at RID. We were unaware of the modification to the wall at that time. EMF readings were taken to get a baseline in the building. Anomalous readings were recorded in front of the serving area. Dowsing rods were used throughout the building and similar findings were noticed.

At this time the phenomenon described by the employees and owner remains unexplainable. The building faces south and the prevailing wind direction was from the south. A strong gust of wind blowing down the plaza towards the door could cause the door(s) to move thus causing the bells to ring. We are not concluding that this is the explanation but only that it is possible for a gust of wind to disturb the door(s) enough to ring the bells. Note: Employees interviewed described the bell ringing without any door movement or sound. There were anomalies captured in photographs outside the building with one captured on a photo inside the building. The general area is located in the far north end near what was a graveyard for the Catholic Church located in Old Town.

We found four areas of "condensed" energy.

      • The center of the front area where customers stand at the counter to order
      • The southeast corner of RID where a table and chairs are located
      • In the back of RID where the wall has been modified.
      • Outdoor patio area

This investigation will remain open for further data inclusion as it is made available. Also the owner wishes us to return for more study.
